Service & Repair Technician

Europharma Ltd. is seeking a Service & Repair Technician / Service Engineer to join its aftersales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a range of medical and laboratory equipment, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily servicing, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment, including mobility scooters, reclining armchairs, motorised beds, blood pressure monitors, and related devices.
• Coordinate after-sales service operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform both preventive and reactive maintenance in line with manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and service Angelantoni refrigeration equipment and Biorad equipment, including IH-500 machines.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, equipment certifications, and best practices.
• Ensure spare parts are ordered in a timely manner and kept well organised.
• Monitor and optimise maintenance processes to improve service delivery.
• Act as a technical reference point for complex fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Maintain clear communication across departments and provide technical feedback as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Technical and/or engineering qualification at MQF Level 4 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience servicing medical or laboratory equipment will be considered an asset.
• Ability to interpret complex schematic diagrams and use software diagnostics tools.
