Brand Promoter

Are you a people-person with a passion for promotion and sales? We’re looking for a Brand Promoter to represent and grow awareness for a portfolio of leading brands across the Maltese islands. In this exciting field-based role, you'll drive brand visibility, educate customers, and support sales efforts in pharmacies and other retail locations.

Main Responsibilities

•          Carry out product promotions at pharmacies across Malta and Gozo.
•          Engage with customers to explain product benefits and recommend suitable options based on individual needs.
•          Distribute product samples and promotional materials to boost interest and sales.
•          Collaborate with in-store staff to ensure consistent messaging and product knowledge.
•          Follow up with returning customers to encourage continued engagement.
•          Manage the setup of promotional stands and coordinate on-site activities.
•          Understand customer needs and effectively position products as solutions.
•          Schedule appointments at outlets and manage the related logistics.
•          Prepare and submit sales and performance reports as needed.

 The ideal candidate will be: 

•          A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
•          Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
•          Comfortable working independently and managing time across multiple locations
•          Flexible and willing to travel across Malta and Gozo for promotional activities
•          Required to have a local B1 driving licence.
